Refund policy

Welcome to Giggles Essentials. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

• Baby feeding bottles that have been used.
• Nipples and pacifiers that have been opened or used.
• Any product without its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.
